1. General conditions
General conditions of the online shop are formulated according to the Slovene Law of Customer Protection (ZVPot-UPB2) and are in line with the Slovene legislation. General conditions of the operating activities cover the functioning of the on-line shop, user’s rights and business relations between provider and buyer. Online shop is managed by AVD STUDIO, Aljaž Verčko s.p.
All prices in the online shop are in euros (EUR) with tax included. The prices can change without previous notification. Prices and discounts are valid at the time of the purchase. Special offers are limited on a certain period and are highlighted in our online shop.
3. Import taxes, localized duties, and VAT payments
For shipments outside of the EU, we have to state the retail value of all goods contained in the shipment. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, as well as shipping and handling fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. The customer is considered the 'importer on record' and as such must comply with all laws and regulations, including import duties and tax, levied by the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs policies vary from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

5. How to buy products at the on-line shop www.studioavd.com?
To buy products from our online shop, you first need to select the product by putting it into the shop cart and then you follow the instructions, which will lead you to the final payment. All products that are shown in our on-line shop are in stock. However, if a technical error occurs, it could happen that our stock is incorrect. In this case, we will inform you about it and cancel your order without any financial consequences. When you find a product that suits your needs, click the button “Add to cart”. You can add more products to the cart. To remove the products from the shopping cart click the button “Remove” next to the product that you do not wish to buy. When you finish with a selection of the products, click the button “Buy” next to your shopping cart.
6. In what period of time will I receive the ordered products?
We will do our best to deliver your ordered products as fast as possible. You will get an e-mail notification when your order will be shipped with the shipping number, so you can always track your package.

Free delivery on orders for the rest of the world over 60 €.

Delivery time to EU: approximately 2-15 days
Delivery time outside EU: approximately 7-28 days

If you choose a bank transfer, the following is applicable: You have to transfer the entire purchase price for your entire order to our account not later than 10 days from the conclusion of the contract.

9. How can I return the goods if I am not satisfied?
When buying at on-line shop you do not risk anything. When buying on-line it can happen that the product does not fit right or does not fulfill your expectations. You can always return it and we give you back your money
Please send the items you wish to exchange/return to our address: AVD STUDIO, Aljaž Verčko s.p., Javornik 65, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem. Please know you will have to cover the shipping costs.
When can I return the goods?
You can return undamaged and unused goods in the original packaging in 14 days from the purchase and we will return you the money. Please know you will have to cover the return shipping costs.
You can also exchange the product for a different one. Send it back to us undamaged and unused in the original packaging and we will send you a new product. Please know you will have to cover the shipping costs. The product can be exchanged on the basis of the original invoice that you received from us.
Your right to return is excluded if:
You ordered a personalized item and it does not fulfill your expectations unless the product is damaged.
Individual sheets from the stationery ordered by you and delivered to you have been torn out, covered with writing or have been damaged or soiled in another way.
If we refuse acceptance of the returned goods and do not send you a refund, we will return the goods to you again at our expense.
10. Is my personal data safe?
Your personal data that you will give us in order to buy products from our on-line shop is secured and no third party has access to it.
